I'm TK. I Coach Athletes & Driven People.

I'm Takunda Katsere, or TK, a certified Personal Trainer, semi-professional footballer, and someone who understands exactly what it takes to transform your body and performance through structured training.

My journey started on the playground, the school field, local parks and football pitches, where running, jumping and climbing were part of my formative years and learning to move my body. On the football pitch I worked my way up from amateur football, climbing three divisions into the semi-professional game. That progression didn't happen by luck. It came from intentional training, discipline, and a deep understanding of how to build strength, fitness and resilience the right way.

Alongside my playing career I studied Sports Coaching in college (achieving DD*) and went on to qualify as a Level 3 Personal Trainer. I'm currently advancing my knowledge with additional qualifications in obesity and weight management, exercise referral and nutrition, all to ensure I deliver the highest level of coaching to my clients.

My Approach
