Important, Please Read Before Training The information on this website and in our coaching services is for general fitness and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for professional guidance from a qualified healthcare provider.

1. Consult a Doctor First

Before starting any new exercise programme, including any plan or guidance provided by 24 Performance, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional. This is especially important if you:

  • Have any pre-existing medical conditions (heart disease, diabetes, asthma, etc.)
  • Have current or previous injuries
  • Are pregnant, postnatal, or breastfeeding
  • Are over 35 and have not exercised regularly
  • Are on prescription medication
  • Have any concerns about your physical readiness for exercise

2. Exercise At Your Own Risk

Physical exercise carries inherent risks of injury or, in rare cases, more serious health events. By following any training programme, guide, or coaching advice provided by 24 Performance, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • You participate at your own risk
  • You are responsible for your own health and safety
  • You should stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest pain, or any unusual symptoms
  • You should seek medical attention if any concerning symptoms persist

3. Not Medical Advice

Takunda Katsere is a Level 3 Personal Trainer, not a doctor or registered dietitian. Nothing on this website or in any coaching service constitutes medical, nutritional or psychological advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have specific medical or dietary concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

4. No Guaranteed Results

Individual results vary based on genetics, effort, consistency, nutrition, sleep, stress and many other factors. While our programmes are designed to be effective, we cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes such as weight loss, muscle gain, performance improvements, or any other result.

5. Honesty Is Essential

For your safety, you must:

  • Disclose any injuries, medical conditions, or medications on the application form
  • Tell us immediately if your health changes during coaching
  • Train within your current capability, not beyond it
  • Follow proper technique and progress at a sensible pace

Withholding relevant health information puts your safety at risk and may invalidate any duty of care.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, 24 Performance and Takunda Katsere accept no responsibility for any injury, illness, loss or damage that may result from following any programme, advice or guidance provided through our website or coaching services. Nothing in this disclaimer limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

7. Equipment and Environment

It is your responsibility to ensure that the equipment, facilities and training environment you use are safe and appropriate. We are not responsible for injuries caused by faulty or inappropriate equipment, unsafe environments, or training without adequate space, footwear, or supervision.

8. Nutrition Guidance

Any nutrition guidance is general in nature, designed for healthy adults, and based on widely-accepted principles. It is not personalised dietary advice and is not suitable for people with eating disorders, specific medical conditions, allergies, or unique dietary requirements. Always consult a registered dietitian or doctor for specialist nutrition advice.
